We’re a converter, not a distributor. But we carry stock of base films and we’re happy to sell to other converters when you need material. No container-load minimums, no hard sell - just one converter helping another.

Why We Do This

We’ve been converting flexible packaging for four decades. We know what it’s like to run short of film on a Friday afternoon. We know the frustration of being told the minimum order is 5 tonnes when you need 500kg. We know how painful it is when your supplier’s lead time doesn’t match your customer’s deadline.

So we keep stock. And when other converters need film, we sell it. We’re not trying to compete with the big distributors or undercut the importers - we just think converters should help each other out.

What We Stock

BOPP - 20-50 micron across various grades including plain, metallised, anti-fog, pearlised, and coated (PVDC, acrylic). The workhorse of flexible packaging.

Biodegradable BOPP - Same performance as standard BOPP, but certified to biodegrade. Drop-in replacement for customers with sustainability requirements.

PET - Heat-sealable grades for lidding and flow wrap. Temperature resistant from freezer to oven.

LDPE - Soft, flexible polythene for bags, liners, and general-purpose packaging.

NatureFlex - Cellulose-based film, home compostable. Popular for confectionery, hamper wrap, and brands where sustainability matters.

Greaseproof paper - For food service, baking, and anywhere grease resistance matters.

Stock changes depending on what we’ve bought and what we’re using. If you need something specific, call us and we’ll tell you what’s on the shelf. If we don’t have it, we might know who does.

No Minimum Order

Need a single roll? Fine. Need half a pallet? Also fine. We’re not sitting on a container trying to shift volume - we’re converters who happen to have stock. Buy what you need.

Contract Slitting

If you’ve got master rolls that need converting to production widths, we can help. We operate six slitting lines with capacity for rolls up to 1600mm wide.

• Your material or ours - send us your imported rolls, or we’ll slit from our stock
• No minimum quantity - setup charge for small runs, but we’ll do single rolls
• Standard cores - 76mm and 152mm
• Typical turnaround - 3-4 weeks, rush available

We also offer rewinding and crushed core recovery if you’ve got damaged rolls that need salvaging.

Perforation Services

Need perforation added to film? We run hot needle microperforation (P1 to P360 patterns) and macro punched holes (6mm, 8mm, 10mm). Whether it’s your film or ours, we can add the perforation pattern your application needs.

Bag Making

We convert film into wicketted bags, side-weld bags, and other formats. If you need bags made from specific film - or you want us to handle overflow when your lines are at capacity - we can quote.

Stock Holding

Running your own stock is expensive. Warehouse space, tied-up capital, the risk of obsolescence. We offer stock holding where we manufacture or hold your material and you call it off as needed. 24-48 hour dispatch, no storage fees.

This works for converters who import their own master rolls too. We’ll hold your stock and slit to order as you need specific widths.

Why Converters Use Us

You’ve run short - Your supplier’s delivery is late, your customer’s deadline isn’t. We can get you film from stock while you wait for your main order.

Import MOQs don’t work - The distributor wants a container minimum and you need a fraction of that. We’ll sell you what you actually need.

Overflow capacity - Your slitting line is at capacity or down for maintenance. We’ll handle the overflow.

You’re testing something - New application, new customer, new specification. Buy a small quantity to trial before committing to volume.

Quality and Accreditation

BRCGS AA(*) accredited. Full batch traceability. Food-grade handling throughout. If your customers need certificates or compliance documentation, we can provide it.

All film we supply is EU 10/2011 compliant for food contact. We’ll provide declarations of conformity and whatever documentation your quality team requires.

Give us a call or send an email. Tell us what you need - film type, thickness, width, quantity. We’ll tell you what we’ve got, what it costs, and when we can get it to you. No long sales process - just a conversation between converters.

For ongoing supply or contract services, we’ll set up something more formal. But for one-off orders when you’re in a bind, we keep it simple.
