About Stock and Serve

Your Stock, Our Warehouse, Your Schedule

Stock and Serve is our stock holding and call-off service. You commit to quantities, we manufacture and hold them in our BRCGS-certified warehouse, and you call off what you need when you need it. No storage fees, 24-48 hour delivery, and regular stock reports to keep you in control.

Why Use Stock and Serve?

Packaging takes up room. If your warehouse is filling up with film rolls and bag pallets, that’s space you could use for finished goods, raw materials, or production equipment. We’ll hold your packaging stock instead.

Traditional ordering also means paying for stock that sits in your warehouse for weeks or months before you use it. With Stock and Serve, you’re not tying up capital in packaging inventory - you call off what you need when you need it.

We track your usage and manage replenishment. We know our own lead times and we can see how fast you’re calling off stock. Between us, we’ll make sure you don’t run dry.

When demand spikes - seasonal peaks, promotional campaigns, unexpected orders - you need packaging fast. With stock already manufactured and waiting, you can respond in days rather than weeks. Our standard lead time for manufactured products is 3-4 weeks. With Stock and Serve, that becomes 24-48 hours for anything we’re holding for you.

How It Works

  • We estimate your six-month demand together. This doesn’t have to be precise - it’s a framework for planning. Minimum commitments apply.
  • We produce your packaging to your specification and store it in our warehouse. The stock is allocated to you and ready to go.
  • When you need packaging, you call or email with your requirements. We pick, pack and dispatch within 24-48 hours.
  • You’ll receive regular stock reports showing what’s in stock, what’s been called off, and what’s on order.
  • At the end of the six months, we review usage together. If you’ve used more or less than expected, we adjust quantities for the next period so you’re never over or under stocked.

Who Uses Stock and Serve?

  • Food manufacturers with variable production schedules who can’t predict exact packaging requirements weeks in advance. Stock and Serve gives them the flexibility to respond to customer orders without holding excess inventory.
  • Contract packers running multiple product lines for different clients. Demand fluctuates, seasons change, promotions come and go. Having packaging ready to call off means they can say yes to work without worrying about supply.
  • Packaging converters and resellers who want to offer their customers better service without holding stock themselves. They commit to us, we hold the stock, their customers get fast delivery.
  • Growing businesses who’ve outgrown their warehouse but aren’t ready to move premises. Stock and Serve gives them overflow capacity without the capital investment in additional space.

What We Can Hold

Stock and Serve works for any products we manufacture - bags, sheets, roll stock, and greaseproof products. Printed or plain, standard sizes or custom specifications.

We hold stock in the same BRCGS AA(*) accredited warehouse where we store our own raw materials and finished goods. Clean, dry, food-grade conditions with proper stock rotation and full batch traceability.

No Storage Fees

Unlike some stock holding arrangements, we don’t charge separate storage fees. The cost of warehousing is built into your product pricing. What you pay per unit is what you pay - no monthly storage invoices on top.

This keeps things simple. You know your packaging cost, you can budget accurately, and there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.

Stock Reports

You’ll receive regular reports showing your stock position - what’s in stock, recent call-offs, and upcoming production. If you need an update between scheduled reports, just ask.
